About Ready Sports operates as a bulk manufacturing and wholesale supplier.

We do NOT sell single items
We only process bulk / custom orders
Prices are not displayed publicly
All orders are handled via quotation system

 3. Quotations & Pricing 

Prices are provided upon request (via WhatsApp, email, or contact form)
Quotes depend on:
Quantity
Design
Material
Customization requirements
Quotes are valid for a limited time
Prices may change without prior notice

 4. Order Process 

Customer submits inquiry
We provide quotation
Design & details are finalized
Payment terms are agreed
Production begins after confirmation

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

 5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 

All products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) depending on the product type.

 6. Custom Orders 

All orders are custom-made or bulk produced
Once production starts:
Orders cannot be canceled
No changes allowed

Customers are responsible for:

Correct sizes
Final design approval
Logo quality

We are not responsible for approved mistakes.

 7. Payments 

Payment terms are agreed before order confirmation
Orders may require:
Full advance OR
Partial advance (depending on agreement)

Production starts only after payment confirmation.

 8. Production Timeline 

Production time: 7–21 working days (depending on order size)
Large or complex orders may take longer

 9. Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping is arranged after production completion
Delivery time varies by country
Customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
Import taxes

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Couriers
Customs clearance

 10. Returns & Refunds 

Due to the nature of bulk and custom manufacturing:

❌ No Returns / No Refunds

Except in cases where:

Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

 11. Product Variation 

Slight variation in color, fabric, or stitching may occur
This is normal in bulk manufacturing

 12. Intellectual Property 

Customers own their submitted designs
By placing an order, you grant us permission to use designs for production
We may use product images for portfolio/marketing unless agreed otherwise

 13. Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for:

Business losses
Delays beyond our control
Third-party shipping issues

 14. Force Majeure 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Supply chain disruptions
